Reparil Gel N — Anti‑swelling, Anti‑inflammatory & Pain‑relieving Gel

💊 Composition (per 100 g):

• Aescin 1 g — aescin is derived from horse chestnut seeds and helps reduce fluid accumulation in tissues

• Diethylamine salicylate 5 g — a salicylate compound providing additional anti-inflammatory and analgesic action
  Aescin enhances capillary resistance and promotes the reabsorption of fluid, dramatically reducing swelling and heaviness. Diethylamine salicylate boosts anti-inflammatory and pain‑relief effects, working synergistically for deeper action

✅ Indications:

• Contusions, bruises, sprains, crush injuries, and hematomas

• Tendonitis

• Muscular and vertebral pain—e.g. disc issues, neck/back strain, sciatica

• Superficial thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, and post‑infusion vein care

🧴 Dosage & Administration:

• Apply a thin layer to the affected area once daily or more frequently (up to 2–3 times/day; max ~20 g/day)

• Spread gently; rubbing in is optional

⚠️ Contraindications & Warnings:

• Do not apply to broken skin, wounds, mucous membranes, or irradiated areas

• Avoid contact with eyes

• Caution in patients on warfarin—excessive topical use may increase bleeding risk

👶 Special Precautions:

• Not recommended for use in children under 12 years

• Limited data in pregnancy/lactation — avoid use on large areas or breasts in these periods
