Reparil Gel N 40g by Mylan is a fast-absorbing topical gel designed to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and treat swelling caused by injuries or vein-related conditions. It combines two active ingredients — Aescin and Diethylamine Salicylate — which work together to support tissue recovery and improve blood circulation.
